Vimix is a short video app developed by Capermint Technologies. The app allows the users to create short videos that range from 30 seconds to one minute. The app provides various video effects, filters, and music to edit the video and make the most entertaining videos. Users can create and upload their lip synced videos, dancing videos, or other videos that showcase their amazing skills.
We choose design thinking process to solve the problem. Design thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understand user, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. Involving five phase i.e. Idea, Research, Wireframe, Design, Test. It most useful to tackle problems that are ill defined or unknown.
Our main focus preparing the visual design of the app was the emphasis on the main elements and the cleanliness of the user interface. For typography we used Product sans font which has been design by Google. It is a universal font suitable for the print, iOS and Android.
