Sweepstakes casino software providers for US-facing operators fall into three groups: hosted turnkey or white-label platforms (stated launches of 2 to 8 weeks, setup often estimated at $15K to $60K plus fees or revenue share), custom developers (months, project fees) and content distributors. We compared 10 using what each states on its own website.
Turnkey or white-label platforms: GammaSweep, NuxGame, OHS Gaming, SourceSweep, TIGSweepstakes and TRUEiGTECH. Custom developers: Chetu, CrustLab and Capermint. Content distributor: LuckyStreak. Compare AMOE handling, state controls, content rights and code ownership before price.
Disclosure: Capermint publishes this list and is one of the providers in it.
Who this comparison is for
This list is for founders launching a first sweepstakes brand, iGaming operators adding a dual-currency product, social casino companies and investors doing vendor due diligence. It is written for US and Canadian buyers first; the criteria apply equally to teams elsewhere building for US players. It does not cover contest and giveaway tools used for brand marketing. If you are still checking whether the model fits your plans, start with our sweepstakes casino compliance guide for US operators.
How we selected and compared providers
We included a company only if its own website describes a sweepstakes casino platform, development service or content distribution for operators. We compared providers on six criteria:
- Compliance features: dual-currency wallet (Gold Coins for play, Sweeps Coins as the promotional currency), state access controls or geolocation, KYC before redemption and audit logs.
- AMOE support: a free, no-purchase route to Sweeps Coins, such as a mail-in or online request, that the platform records.
- Game content: own games, aggregated studios or content you license yourself.
- Payments: Gold Coin purchase processing and prize redemption rails.
- Time to launch: the timeline the provider states.
- Commercial model and ownership: setup fee, monthly fee, revenue share or project fee, and who owns the code.
We did not test platforms hands-on, accept payment for inclusion or score providers. Game counts and launch times are vendor claims; conflicting figures are noted. Providers are grouped by type and listed alphabetically, except that Capermint appears last in its group because we publish this page. The list is not exhaustive.

Turnkey and white-label sweepstakes platforms
These providers license a ready platform you brand and configure. They are usually the fastest route to launch and often charge a revenue share or recurring fee.
GammaSweep (GammaStack)
GammaSweep is listed as a product on GammaStack’s website, which names offices in Riga, Wilmington (Delaware), Indore and Bengaluru. Its page describes a turnkey, customizable platform with Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, built-in geo-fencing, AMOE support and KYC/AML modules it says are powered by Sumsub and GeoComply. It states a 2–8 week launch window (with a 6-week median) and a setup fee plus revenue share on Sweeps Coin redemption. Game library figures vary on the page (500+ in one section, 20,000+ from 50+ providers in another), so ask which titles are cleared for sweepstakes play. Source: GammaSweep, GammaStack contact page.
NuxGame
NuxGame says it has worked with iGaming operators since 2018 and lists a sweepstakes product alongside its casino platform and game aggregation. Its sweepstakes page describes separate Fun or Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances, AMOE flows including mail-in entry, KYC and fraud checks linked to redemption, AML monitoring and state-level access settings. Its About page cites 18,500+ games from 140+ providers through its casino API, but the sweepstakes page does not say which are available for sweepstakes play. No office address, timeline or price is published on these pages. Source: NuxGame sweepstakes page, NuxGame About page.
OHS Gaming
OHS Gaming lists an Edmonton, Alberta address and offers a sweepstakes back office for player accounts, balances, redemptions, payments and reporting, delivered white label or turnkey. Commercial options are rent, buy, or rent-to-own, where rental payments count toward ownership; prices are in a separate cost guide and go-live timing is confirmed during scoping. The page covers Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins, AMOE configured per promotion, KYC and age verification with per-state configuration, eligibility rules and audit logs, and fiat and crypto wallets. Its game list includes slots, keno, table, crash and fish games, so confirm each game type with counsel for your states. Source: OHS Gaming sweepstakes software.
SourceSweep (Source Code Lab)
SourceSweep is the sweepstakes platform from Source Code Lab, whose footer lists offices in India and Dubai. It is offered as white label, turnkey (with PAM, CRM and CMS) or custom. The product page describes Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin wallets, KYC and AML modules, geo-location filtering with state-level restriction controls, mail-in entries and redemption approval workflows, and lists integrations including Skrill, Neteller, CoinPayments and Sumsub. It says most operators can launch within weeks, depending on customization, but publishes no fixed timeline or price. Source: SourceSweep product page.
TIGSweepstakes
TIGSweepstakes lists a San Francisco headquarters on its contact page and offers turnkey, white-label and bespoke builds, with bespoke projects including full source code ownership, plus a sweepstakes PAM product. Its homepage lists AMOE logic, jurisdiction-aware rule engines, geolocation, KYC, AML and audit trails, and states a zero revenue-share model. It cites 20,000+ games and 150+ providers (another section says 100+) and go-live times as short as 4 weeks (other sections cite 21 days and 6 weeks). TIGSweepstakes also publishes a provider list that places itself first, so read vendor-published lists, including this one, with that in mind. Source: TIGSweepstakes, contact page.
TRUEiGTECH
TRUEiGTECH’s sweepstakes page focuses on B2B API integration of third-party games, payments and back-office modules, and the site also offers turnkey, white-label and bespoke options. It lists offices in Las Vegas, London, Berlin, Barcelona, Brasília and Birkirkara (Malta). The page describes Sweep Coins redeemable for prizes with Gold Coins as an option, an admin dashboard, an agent portal and an RNG module, and names studios it can integrate, such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming. AMOE and geolocation are not described on this page and KYC is linked as a separate solution, so ask how each is handled. Game counts vary (3,000+ and 20,000+), and it states a 4-week launch. Custom sweepstakes casino development companies
These firms build to your specification: more budget and time in exchange for control over features and code.
Chetu
Chetu is a custom software developer with a footer address in Sunrise, Florida. Its sweepstakes page covers custom apps and game skins, touch-screen kiosk software, internet sweepstakes software, game logic and math engines, and white-label and turnkey platforms, with payment gateway, gift card, bill validation and point-of-sale integrations. It describes virtual credits and prize redemption rather than a named dual-coin wallet, and mentions age and identity verification, limits and self-exclusion tools. AMOE and geolocation are not named on the page, so confirm both in scoping. Source: Chetu sweepstakes software.
CrustLab
CrustLab, based in Kraków, Poland, builds custom sweepstakes casino platforms and iOS and Android apps, integrates instant-win games and third-party tools, and states that clients retain full ownership of the intellectual property. The page describes gold coin or sweep coin currencies with prize redemption and offers help staying compliant with sweepstakes regulations across jurisdictions. It does not mention AMOE, KYC, geolocation modules or a white-label option, and publishes no durations or prices. Source: CrustLab sweepstakes software.
Capermint
Capermint Technologies, founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, India, builds custom, turnkey and white-label sweepstakes casino platforms and supplies dedicated engineers. Scope covers a dual-coin wallet, AMOE free-entry system (web form and mail-in), configurable state geofencing, KYC before first redemption, a redemption workflow, admin back office and game integration layer. Capermint does not sell game content and is not an aggregator; operators contract content providers directly. Its comparison table lists source code as client-owned for custom and turnkey builds and as an optional upgrade for white label. Published bands are $35K–$120K for a white-label or turnkey build with a 6–10 week launch, and $60K–$180K for a custom single-vertical platform. Capermint builds RNG and game math ready for independent testing by accredited labs such as GLI, iTech Labs or BMM; certification is obtained by the operator or game owner (see what an RNG certificate is). It fits operators who want to own their stack, less so teams wanting one hosted contract with bundled content. Source: Capermint sweepstakes casino software development.
Sweepstakes content and API distributors
A platform still needs games licensed for sweepstakes play. Content distributors fill that gap.
LuckyStreak
LuckyStreak lists an address in Riga, Latvia, and is operated by SIA LSK Studios. It describes itself as a sweepstakes software distributor, offering its own live dealer games plus slots, table and crash games, with studios such as Evoplay, Playson and Yggdrasil available through its LuckyConnect aggregation. Operators connect through a single API that handles content and currency logic, including separating fun-play and redeemable coins and relabeling actions as buy, play and redeem. The page references a free AMOE route and U.S. coverage with some state exclusions, but publishes no timeline or price. Source: LuckyStreak sweepstakes page.
How to choose a sweepstakes casino software provider
- Map target states with gaming counsel. The state list drives geolocation, KYC and payments, so settle it first.
- Pick a build model. White label is fastest but usually carries a revenue share and limited control; turnkey adds configuration; custom costs more upfront but gives you the code. See white-label vs turnkey vs custom.
- Test compliance in a live demo. Watch an AMOE request from submission to credit, confirm there is no direct Sweeps Coin purchase path, change a state block without a code release, and review KYC before the first redemption and the audit log. Our sweepstakes compliance architecture guide lists what to check.
- Confirm content rights in writing. Titles licensed for sweepstakes play in your states matter more than a headline game count. To own the aggregation layer, see casino game aggregator development.
- Line up payments early. You need a processor for Gold Coin purchases and separate redemption rails; approval can outlast the build.
- Read the commercial terms. Compare setup and monthly fees, revenue share, minimum terms, code and data ownership, and how you migrate if you leave.
- Ask how the provider handles new state laws. Where liability extends to suppliers, vendors may block states at short notice. Ask for their process and notice period.
- Get dated milestones. Ask for dates for wallet, AMOE, integrations, QA and soft launch.
Compliance features to expect
The US model rests on dual currency and a genuine free route to the redeemable currency: Gold Coins are sold for play and have no cash value; Sweeps Coins are given away, including through AMOE, and redeemed for prizes after verification. For mailed sweepstakes, 39 U.S.C. § 3001(k) requires statements that no purchase is necessary and that a purchase will not improve the chance of winning.
State law is moving quickly. California AB 831 (Chapter 623, Statutes of 2025, in force from 1 January 2026) and New York S5935A (Chapter 605, signed 5 December 2025, effective immediately) prohibit online sweepstakes games that use a dual-currency system and simulate casino-style gaming. Both extend the prohibition to platform providers, gaming content suppliers, payment processors and geolocation providers that support those games (in California, those that knowingly and willfully support them). Other states have passed or are considering restrictions, so rules vary and change often. Operators are responsible for licensing; providers build to the technical requirements of the target jurisdiction. This page is general information, not legal advice. Our sweepstakes casino software development page lists the modules this requires.
In Canada, Ontario regulates online casinos through the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and other provinces run iGaming through provincial lottery corporations. Get Canadian legal advice before targeting Canadian players.
Typical cost and timeline ranges
The table combines Capermint’s published bands with estimates published by Track360 (an affiliate-software company) and TIGSweepstakes (a provider in this list). None of these figures is a quote.
| Route | Typical upfront cost | Ongoing cost | Typical launch time | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hosted white-label or turnkey license | $15K–$60K setup | $5K–$20K a month, or revenue share often quoted at 20–40% of GGR | 2–8 weeks (vendor claims) | Track360 and TIGSweepstakes guides; vendor pages |
| White-label or turnkey build (Capermint) | $35K–$120K | Hosting, support, third-party services | 6–10 weeks | Capermint published band |
| Custom single-vertical platform (Capermint) | $60K–$180K | Hosting, support, third-party services | Several months, set at scoping | Capermint published band |
| Custom multi-vertical platform (Capermint) | $200K–$500K+ | Hosting, support, third-party services | Several months, set at scoping | Capermint published band |
| From-scratch build comparable to a major established sweepstakes brand | $800K–$3M | In-house team | 12–24 months | Track360 buyer guide |
These figures exclude game content licensing (Track360 estimates sweepstakes-mode licensing from a major slot studio at about $50K–$150K a year), KYC and geolocation fees, payment processing, legal counsel and marketing. Final quotes follow a scoping call.
FAQs
What is a sweepstakes casino software provider?
It is a company that supplies the platform behind a dual-currency sweepstakes casino: Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin wallets, a free alternative method of entry (AMOE), state access controls, KYC before redemption, a game lobby and a back office. Some also supply games; others integrate content you license separately.
How much does sweepstakes casino software cost?
Estimates published by other vendors put hosted white-label or turnkey setup at about $15,000 to $60,000, plus monthly fees or a revenue share. Capermint’s published bands are $35,000 to $120,000 for a white-label or turnkey build and $60,000 to $180,000 for a custom single-vertical platform. Content, KYC, payments and legal fees are extra.
How long does it take to launch a sweepstakes casino?
Hosted turnkey and white-label vendors in this list state 2 to 8 weeks. Capermint quotes 6 to 10 weeks for a white-label or turnkey build; custom platforms take several months. Payment approvals and legal review often take longer than the software.
What is AMOE in a sweepstakes casino?
AMOE means alternative method of entry: a free way to obtain Sweeps Coins without buying anything, such as a mail-in or online request. The sweepstakes model relies on a genuine no-purchase-necessary route, so the platform should record and audit every AMOE request.
Do sweepstakes software providers supply the games?
Some do. Several turnkey providers bundle aggregated libraries, and LuckyStreak distributes its own live dealer games plus third-party content. Custom developers such as Capermint build the integration layer while you contract studios directly. Either way, confirm sweepstakes rights for each title.
Which US states restrict sweepstakes casinos?
At least California and New York. California AB 831 (in force from 1 January 2026) and New York S5935A (signed 5 December 2025, effective immediately) prohibit online sweepstakes games that simulate casino-style gaming. Other states have passed or are considering restrictions, and the list changes often, so confirm current status with gaming counsel before launch.
Can a software provider be liable for a sweepstakes casino in a restricted state?
In some states, yes. California AB 831 and New York S5935A extend their prohibitions to platform providers, gaming content suppliers, payment processors and geolocation providers that support online sweepstakes games. Expect providers to require state exclusions in your contract.
Do I need a gambling license to run a sweepstakes casino?
US sweepstakes casinos generally operate under promotional sweepstakes law rather than casino licenses, but that depends on a genuine free entry route, correct prize rules and state eligibility, and some states now prohibit the model. Operators are responsible for licensing and legal review.
Does the sweepstakes casino model work in Canada?
Do not assume it does. The model was designed around US promotional sweepstakes law, while Canadian gaming is regulated province by province: Ontario runs a regulated iGaming market through the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, and other provinces offer iGaming through provincial lottery corporations. Get Canadian legal advice before targeting Canadian players.
Is Capermint a sweepstakes game aggregator?
No. Capermint builds sweepstakes casino platforms, including the game integration layer, but does not sell game content. Operators contract their own content providers, and Capermint integrates those games.
