White Label Casino Software, Built in 6–10 Weeks
Launch a branded online casino on a reusable base instead of building every module from zero. We configure it for your brand, connect your games, payments and identity checks, and build to the technical rules of the market you are licensed in.
Capermint's white label casino software gives operators in the US, Canada and worldwide a branded online casino on a reusable base: lobby, player accounts, wallet, bonus engine, back office, and game, payment and KYC integrations. The software build takes 6–10 weeks from signed scope and costs $35K–$120K (USD). You hold the licence.

What is included
What our white label casino platform includes
Every build starts from a reusable base platform, then takes on your brand, your market rules and your chosen providers. The proposal lists which base components are licensed to you, which bespoke components transfer and any recurring fees. The modules below are the default scope; we add or remove modules at scoping.
Branded front end and lobby
Your logo, colours, domain and copy on a responsive casino site, with game categories, search, favourites, jackpot and tournament widgets. Native iOS and Android apps can run on the same back end.
Player account management
Registration, profiles, verification status, deposit, loss and session limits, self-exclusion and account history, with player segments your CRM team can target.
Wallet, cashier and ledger
A single-wallet ledger for deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins and bonuses, with multi-currency support, payment routing, withdrawal approval queues and reconciliation reports.
Game content through one integration
Slots, table games, live dealer, crash and instant games via a casino game aggregator or direct studio APIs. You sign the content agreements; we build and maintain the integrations.
Bonus engine, CRM and loyalty
Deposit matches, free spins, cashback, wagering rules, VIP tiers, missions and tournaments, configured from the back office without a code release.
Back office and reporting
Role-based admin for players, payments, games and promotions; GGR and NGR reports, player 360 views, audit logs and regulator report exports.
KYC, AML and responsible gambling
Identity, age and address checks, sanctions and PEP screening through specialist providers, transaction monitoring, reality checks and cooling-off tools, plus geolocation where the market requires it.
Affiliate management
Tracking links, sub-IDs, CPA, revenue-share and hybrid commission plans, and partner reports built on the same data your finance team uses.
Hosting, security and support
Cloud deployment, monitoring, backups, access control and incident response, with post-launch support available as a monthly dedicated team.
Two kinds of white label
Provider-hosted white label vs a Capermint white-label build
"White label" covers two different deals. In the classic model, a platform provider hosts the casino and often supplies the licence, and you pay a share of revenue. In a white-label build, a developer configures a reusable platform for your brand under your own licence, and you pay for the build. The difference decides your margins, your providers and whether you can launch in regulated US states or Ontario.
| Factor | Provider-hosted white label | Capermint white-label build |
|---|---|---|
| Licence | Often the provider's, where the market still allows it | Yours; Capermint does not issue licences |
| Upfront cost | Lower; one consultancy estimates setup from about $15,000 | $35K–$120K (USD), fixed scope |
| Recurring cost | Revenue share of GGR or NGR, often with monthly minimums | Hosting and optional dedicated team; any recurring fees disclosed in the proposal |
| Game and payment providers | Usually limited to the provider's existing contracts | Your choice of aggregator, studios, payment and KYC vendors approved for your market |
| Source code and data | Code stays with the provider; data access set by contract | Licensed and transferable components listed in an IP schedule; data export agreed upfront |
| Changes | Template-bound and on the provider's roadmap | Configuration, plus scoped custom work where needed |
| US states and Ontario | An offshore-licensed white label cannot serve these markets | Built to the state's or Ontario's technical standards for a licensed or registered operator |
| Suits | Early tests in markets that accept the provider's licence | Operators who hold or are obtaining a licence and want control of providers and data |
Need custom modules beyond configuration, or more control of the roadmap? That is our turnkey route, in the same $35K–$120K band, with deeper custom work and ownership set in the IP schedule: see turnkey casino solutions. Pricing and timeline
What a white-label build costs and how long it takes
Capermint publishes four price bands for casino and iGaming platforms; a white-label build sits in the second. Extra markets, languages, payment methods and data migration move a project up its range.
| Tier | Scope | Price (USD) | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| MVP single game | One game for one market | $10K–$40K | Confirmed at the scoping call |
| White-label / turnkey | Reusable base with your brand, plus game, payment, KYC and affiliate integrations | $35K–$120K | 6–10 weeks |
| Custom single-vertical | Bespoke casino or sportsbook platform | $60K–$180K | Several months, set after discovery |
| Custom multi-vertical | Several verticals on one wallet and player account | $200K–$500K+ | Longest; released in phases |
Ranges are indicative and exclude third-party fees such as licences, game content, payment processing, identity checks, testing labs and hosting. Final quotes follow a scoping call.
What moves a white-label quote within $35K–$120K
- Number of markets and languages
- Native iOS and Android apps
- Number of aggregators, studios, payment and KYC vendors
- Bonus, loyalty and tournament depth
- US state or Ontario controls such as geolocation, regulator reporting and in-market hosting
- Data migration and custom regulator reports
Revenue share vs fixed fee: how white label pricing works
White label pricing across the market follows two broad models plus a hybrid. The better fit depends on expected volumes and how long you plan to stay on the platform.
| Model | How you pay | Fits when | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue share (provider-hosted) | Setup fee plus a percentage of GGR or NGR, sometimes with a monthly minimum; one licensing consultancy estimates setup from about $15,000 and shares of up to about 30% of GGR, depending on the provider | Low upfront budget, uncertain volumes, provider runs operations | The share grows with revenue; check the GGR or NGR definition, minimums and exit terms |
| Fixed fee (build or licence) | One-off platform fee, then fixed monthly fees for hosting, support or a dedicated team | Meaningful expected volumes, or you want predictable costs and data control | Higher upfront spend; you budget for operations and third-party contracts |
| Hybrid | Reduced setup fee plus a smaller or capped revenue share | Lower entry cost with a ceiling on long-term fees | Write the cap, step-downs and buy-out terms into the contract |
GGR (gross gaming revenue) is stakes minus winnings; NGR (net gaming revenue) deducts bonuses, taxes and sometimes payment costs, so the contract definition changes what you pay. Capermint quotes white-label builds as fixed-scope projects. Third-party costs apply under any model: studios and aggregators charge a share of game revenue, payment providers charge per transaction, identity checks are billed per check and regulators set licence fees. See our online casino development cost guide and how to start an online casino business.
Technology
Tech stack and integrations
The platform is API-first: lobby, apps, back office and third-party services share the same core services. We keep the stack conventional and document it so your future team can maintain it.
| Layer | What we use or integrate |
|---|---|
| Front end | React and Next.js for the web casino and PWA; iOS and Android apps |
| Core services | Node.js, Go and Python services; WebSocket for real-time balance and tournament updates |
| Data | PostgreSQL for the ledger and player data, Redis for caching, Kafka for event streams and reporting |
| Infrastructure | AWS or Google Cloud with Docker and Kubernetes, or in-market data centres where a regulator requires gaming servers inside its borders |
| Game content | Game aggregators, direct studio APIs, or a remote gaming server for your own titles |
| Payments | Card processors, e-wallets, bank transfer and open banking, and crypto gateways only where the licence and market allow them |
| Identity and risk | KYC, age and address verification, sanctions and PEP screening, fraud scoring and, where required, geolocation |
| Marketing | CRM, push and email tools, affiliate tracking and product analytics |
The same wallet and player account can later carry a sportsbook, poker or crash games. Need extra hands on integrations? Hire a casino integration developer.
Compliance and licensing
Licensing models and the markets you can launch in
Software is the faster part of a white-label launch. The licence decides which players you can accept, which providers will work with you and when you can really launch.
| Licensing model | How it works | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Operator licence (your own) | Your company holds the licence; in many markets the platform and key suppliers must also be licensed or registered | Regulated US states, Ontario, the UK, most EU national markets and Brazil |
| Third-party or sub-licence arrangement | A licensed provider runs your brand under its licence and stays answerable to the regulator for it | Only where still allowed; regulated US states and Ontario require the online operator itself to be licensed or registered, and Curaçao has moved to direct licences |
Where a white label casino can launch (October 2026)
United States: real-money online casino is legal only in a handful of states (e.g., NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE, RI). Each state licenses its own online operators, most tie each online brand to a land-based casino, tribal or state-lottery licensee, and platform suppliers typically need a state supplier or vendor licence too; an offshore licence gives no access. Sports betting is licensed in most states. Sweepstakes casinos run under sweepstakes law with dual currency and an alternative method of entry (AMOE), and a growing list of states restrict them; see sweepstakes casino software and our sweepstakes compliance guide.
Canada: Ontario runs a regulated open iGaming market. Operators register with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and sign an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario, and suppliers of gaming-related products or services register with the AGCO too. Elsewhere in Canada, online gaming runs mainly through provincial lottery corporations, and provincial rules are changing, so confirm the current position for each province.
Curaçao and other offshore licences: Curaçao's National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) took effect on 24 December 2024, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority now regulates online gaming under it. Industry sources report that Curaçao no longer issues sub-licences, so new brands need their own licence; other offshore rules differ and change often.
Other regulated markets: the UK, EU national markets and Brazil each require a local licence or authorisation and typically require local player-protection controls and certified game content, which we map at discovery. In India, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 prohibits online money games and is in force in 2026, so for India we build free-to-play, social and e-sports formats only.
Our role: operators are responsible for licensing; we build to the technical requirements of the target jurisdiction. Capermint is a software developer, so we do not issue licences or sub-licences. This is not legal advice: rules vary and change, so confirm your route with gaming counsel.
What a US state or Ontario launch adds to the build
- Geolocation that confirms each player is inside the state or province before real-money play
- Age and identity checks to the market's minimum age: 21+ in the US states listed above, 19+ in Ontario
- Limits, self-exclusion links and regulator reporting built to that market's technical standards
- Hosting location rules, including in-state servers where a state requires them
- Supplier licensing or registration for the platform and game suppliers, with the responsible party confirmed at discovery
- Game content certified for that specific market
How it works
How we build your white label casino in 6–10 weeks
Six overlapping stages. Week ranges assume a signed scope and provider sandbox access in the first fortnight; see our delivery process.
Discovery and licence route (week 1)
We confirm markets, your licence status, providers and modules. Output: a fixed scope, an integration list, an IP schedule and an itemised quote.
Brand, lobby and UX (weeks 1–3)
Your design team or ours applies the brand to the lobby, game pages, cashier and account screens. You approve clickable screens before front-end work starts.
Platform configuration (weeks 2–5)
We set up player accounts, the wallet, bonus rules, limits, back-office roles and reports, including currencies and languages.
Games, payments and identity (weeks 3–7)
We connect the aggregator or studios, payment providers, KYC and AML vendors and, where required, geolocation: sandbox first, production keys once your contracts are live.
QA and readiness testing (weeks 6–9)
Functional, payment, load and security testing, plus a check of every responsible-gambling and reporting control against your jurisdiction's requirements list.
Go-live and hypercare (weeks 8–10)
Soft launch, production monitoring and daily check-ins in the first weeks, then a monthly dedicated team or a documented handover to your engineers.
Licence approval, provider onboarding and payment underwriting run in parallel and can take longer than the software. We plan the build around them.

FAQ
White label casino software FAQs
What is white label casino software?
White label casino software is an online casino platform that a supplier brands and configures for an operator, covering the lobby, player accounts, wallet, bonus engine, back office and game, payment and identity integrations. In the classic model the provider also hosts it and supplies the licence for a revenue share; in regulated US states and Ontario the operator must be licensed or registered itself.
How long does it take to launch a white label online casino?
The software for a Capermint white label casino takes 6–10 weeks from signed scope to go-live readiness. Licence approval, payment provider underwriting and game content agreements run in parallel and can take longer, so the licence route usually sets the real launch date.
How much does Capermint's white label casino software cost?
A Capermint white-label or turnkey casino build costs $35K–$120K (USD), depending on markets, apps and integrations, with a final quote after a scoping call. Game content, payment processing, identity checks, hosting and licence fees come on top. Provider-hosted white labels often charge less upfront but take a revenue share for as long as you stay.
Do I need my own gaming licence to run a white label casino?
In most regulated markets, yes. US states and Ontario license or register the online operator directly, as do most national markets, and Curaçao moved to direct licences under its LOK, in force since 24 December 2024. Sub-licence arrangements exist only where a jurisdiction still allows them. Capermint does not issue licences, so confirm your route with gaming counsel.
Can I run a white label online casino in the United States?
Only in states that have legalised online casino, such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and only with the licences and partnerships each state requires; platform suppliers typically need a state licence too. An offshore licence does not authorise you to accept players there. Some US brands choose a sweepstakes model instead, which faces a growing list of state restrictions.
Can I launch a white label casino in Ontario or elsewhere in Canada?
In Ontario, yes, if your company registers with the AGCO as an operator and signs an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario; gaming-related suppliers register with the AGCO too. Elsewhere in Canada, online gaming runs mainly through provincial lottery corporations. We build to the Ontario requirements your compliance team supplies, including in-province geolocation, 19+ age checks and responsible-gambling controls.
Should I choose white label or turnkey casino software?
Choose white label if configuration-level changes are enough and speed matters most; choose turnkey if you need custom modules and more contractual control of roadmap and data. At Capermint both start from a reusable base and sit in the same $35K–$120K, 6–10 week band. The IP schedule in each proposal lists what is licensed to you and what transfers.
Is revenue share or a fixed fee better for a white label casino?
A fixed fee usually costs less over time once volumes grow, while a revenue share lowers upfront cost and suits uncertain volumes. One licensing consultancy estimates white label revenue shares at up to about 30% of GGR, so model three years under both options. Check whether the share is on GGR or NGR, plus minimum-fee and exit terms.
Do I own the source code and player data?
With a provider-hosted white label, usually not: the provider keeps the code and controls data access by contract. On a Capermint build, ownership is written into the proposal before work starts, with licensed and transferable components listed in an IP schedule, plus player-data ownership and export formats so you can change platforms later.
Can I choose my own game providers and payment methods?
Yes. You choose the aggregator, studios, payment providers and KYC vendors that hold the approvals your market needs, and we integrate them. Provider-hosted white labels often limit you to their existing contracts, which is one reason operators later move to turnkey or custom software.
Can I move from a white label casino to a custom platform later?
Yes, and planning for it on day one makes it cheaper. Keep player, transaction and bonus data exportable, use standard integrations and agree exit terms upfront. We can plan a migration onto a turnkey or custom build, moving data and integrations in stages to limit disruption for players.
